Builder/Developer $620

Annual membership fee of $620.00 includes membership to the National Association of Home Builders, the Texas Association of Builders and the Big Country Home Builders Association. Membership shall begin with the month of approval by local board of directors and expire on the last day of the 12th month thereafter. Requirement: Must submit an application signed by a member in good standing, which includes signing a copy of the HBA Code of Ethics, in addition to meeting any necessary city, county and/or state requirements. 1 member luncheon per month is included in your membership. Luncheon guests will be billed to your account at $25.00 per plate.

Associate Membership $550

Annual membership fee of $550.00 includes membership to the National Association of Home Builders, the Texas Association of Builders and the Big Country Home Builders Association. Membership shall begin with the month of approval by local board of directors and expire on the last day of the 12th month thereafter. Affiliate Membership - ONLY available to EMPLOYEES of existing Builder or Associate Members $270

Affiliate membership is only open to employees of Builder or Associate members who are in good standing. An annual membership fee of $270.00 includes membership to the National Association of Home Builders, the Texas Association of Builders and the Big Country Home Builders Association. Must submit an application signed by a member in good standing, which includes signing a copy of the HBA Code of Ethics. Membership shall begin with the month of approval by local board of directors and expire on the last day of the 12th month thereafter. Requirement: Affiliate membership is open only to employees of Associate members who are in good standing. One lunch per month is included in your Affiliate membership. Luncheon guests will be billed $25.00 per plate to your account.

Additional Options:

Additional Annual Luncheon Package $200 one time

Save money and time when you add the annual luncheon package to your membership. This package is to be applied to a single employee, contractor, representative who will be attending luncheons with you or in lieu of you.
